Village of Foxview homeowners gather in January for the annual homeowners' meeting as required by the Bylaws of the HOA. At this meeting previous annual meeting minutes are reviewed and approved, old and new Foxview-specific business is discussed, HOA officer elections are held, HOA monthly dues are set (currently set at $160/month), and Burton Hills Masters and Rec board activities are presented. (For historical reference, HOA dues have not changed in at least 14 years.)
Meeting notices are sent out according to the HOA's bylaws and all homeowners are expected to attend or provide a proxy form to an officer for their vote on any association issues. Proxy forms are available from the HOA officers and typically included in meeting announcements. Proxies contribute to the quorum required to hold meetings. Homeowners are encouraged to submit agenda items when the meeting announcement is made. Meetings can occur in-person in the Burton Hills Clubhouse OR via virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, as determined by the HOA officers.
